We understand that changes to a long-standing program may be disappointing for some families. These decisions were made thoughtfully, with consideration given to family feedback, teaching artist input, and the scheduling limitations of rehearsal and performance venues. Most importantly, our commitment remains the same, to provide the best possible experience for our students.

The updated schedule and age groups allow us to:

  • Better accommodate varying Lamorinda school dismissal times.
  • Expand opportunities for middle school performers, an age group with limited performing arts options.
  • Offer smaller, age-appropriate classes with lower student-to-teacher ratios, allowing for more individualized instruction and a higher-quality experience.
  • Maintain a consistent program structure across both locations and casts.
  • Give our students the exciting opportunity to perform at the Lesher Center in downtown Walnut Creek, a significant upgrade and a true privilege.

We appreciate your understanding and are excited about the positive impact these changes will have on our students!

A reminder about enrollment: Our programs fill quickly, so we strongly recommend creating your customer portal in advance to make registration as easy and efficient as possible when enrollment opens.

The Lafayette program is open to all students, regardless of school or residence. The Moraga program is reserved for students enrolled in the Moraga School District (MSD).
